KIA Lodge
KIA Lodge is situated on a low hill in the shadows of the majestic Kilimanjaro just a 3 minutes drive from the Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), an ideal stopover after a long flight or an early morning departure. It is centrally placed between Moshi, the base town for Kilimanjaro expeditions, and Arusha town the starting point for safari tours to the world famous Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Manyara and Tarangire.
RESTAURANTS & BAR:
The Lodge has an excellent restaurant, with Continental, International and African cuisine, and an open bar with view of Mount Kilimanjaro.
OTHER FACILITIES & SERVICES:
Swimming pool on top of the hill with an outstanding 360o panoramic view of Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru and the Maasai plains. From the lodge you have a beautiful view on the majestic and snow capped Mt Kilimanjaro, which is most spectacular early in the morning and at sundown with little cloud cover.
